• Preparation of recommendations regarding changes in the legislation aimed at the improvement of legal regulation mechanisms related to the activity of natural monopolies and related markets in fuel and energy complex, as well as definition of factors preventing regulation in this sphere


• Monitoring of the system of regulation of the relations in the sphere of licensing of activity of natural monopolies and related markets, as well as preparation of proposals on amending the rules and conditions of the licensed activity and establishment of the effective system of adherence to them


• Adjustment of the Law of Ukraine “On Natural Monopolies” to the legislation of European Union


• Preparation of the draft laws aimed at enforcement of administrative and criminal liability for violations by the subjects of natural monopolies and related markets


• Preparation of the Concept of the Law of Ukraine on the state regulation of energy sector in Ukraine


• Preparation of the Concept of the Law of Ukraine on the state regulation of the market of water, heat, gas, electricity supply and sanitation services
