1)         USAID Project “Municipal Heating Reform Project in Ukraine” (2009-2012)

Legal research of Ukrainian current and prospective legislation in the sphere of municipal heating, including the issues of state government and state regulation, legal status of the national regulator, possibilities for public-private partnership, energy saving and energy efficiency, heat energy measurement, as well as provision of recommendations regarding its improvement;

Development of Draft Laws and Draft Regulations in the sphere of municipal heating;

Legal support of the process of consideration of the Draft Laws and Draft Regulations by authorized state bodies (in particular, Draft Laws “On Energy Efficiency of Buildings”, “On Housing and Communal Services”, “On National Communal Services Markets Regulation Comission”).
